🗞 November 2022: We are excited to welcome Abigail Whelan to the team! She will be working on ‘entangled-based quantum communication in free space’ as a part of her final year honours project.


📜 October 2022: Our #paper “Autocorrelative weak-value amplification and simulating the protocol under strong Gaussian noise” is Accepted for publication in Physical Review A!


📜 September 2022: Our paper: “An all-dielectric metasurface polarimeter” is published in ACS Photonics. 🥳


📻 August 2022: Tunmise will be hosting a new STEM radio show live on Jambo!Radio Scotland. The Science Show with Dr Dada explores everything to do with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in plain language, through a series of interesting interviews, news highlights, reports, music and much more. The programme also showcases the people behind STEM-related activities in Scotland and beyond, all in a fun and accessible way. Tune in on Wednesdays at 2pm for the live shows, rebroadcast on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 am and on Saturdays at 8 am.


🗞 June 2022: We are excited to welcome Wenqin and Haoyu to the team! They will be working on quantum metrology and quantum communications, respectively.

🏆 October 2013: Adetunmise Dada is awarded the Ph.D. Thesis Prize by the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Heriot-Watt University and nominated for the Heriot-Watt MacFarlane Prize! Congratulations!


🎓 February 2013: Adetunmise Dada is awarded his PhD! Congratulations!
